Returns
We accept returns up to 21 days after receipt of merchandise. We do not pay for return shipping. Items must be unopened in original packaging suitable for sale. Any defective or warranty issue must be dealt with the manufacturer. No returns on electrical items. Some items such as high performance car engines or tires have no warranty from Hobby Heroes or the manufacturer. Any settlement will be between the customer and the manufacturer whose name and address we will provide if necessary.
